1. Proof of Insurance - fax it to us
All trailer rentals must provide written proof of insurance. (This is called a binder.) We must have written proof of insurance before you can fill out a rental agreement and before we can accept your $150.00 cash deposit.
You need to tell your automobile insurance co., you need Non-Owned, RV Trip Comprehensive & Collision. Vic Sabo & Sons should be named the loss payee in case of damage excessive of $150.00 to the camping trailer.
Santa Fe Model coverage is $7000.00.
2. A CASH Deposit of $150.00 is required at the time you fill out your rental contract. NO CHECKS!
Cash or credit card may be used for the actual rental.
3. Golden Rule: Please return the rentals in the same condition as you took it out.
Any trailer brought back not so will be subject to a $50.00 clean up charge. Sorry, No Exceptions!
4. Cancellation Policy: Sabos Camping must have a minimum of two weeks notice on trailer rental cancellations. No refunds will be made on Camping Trailer Rental Cancellations.
Deposit may be applied to future rental in the same season.
Trailers must be picked up & returned Mon-Fri.
Trailers must be picked up & returned by 12: Noon.
We specialize in all your Towing Hitch Needs too!
You must have a Class III or larger Permanent hitch to pull a rental camper. Truck step bumpers are acceptable, but beware it's easy to jack knife a trailer and may cost you more to replace a bumper then to invest in a hitch.
Santa Fe Model requires a bargman plug & a 2" ball on your vehicle. We can sell and install plugs for an additional cost.
